Skin Cancer is “low risk” for gel nails and lower for at home use I’ve heard, but I do use them often (every week). is it ok to continue and maybe wear sunscreen or is this bad and needs to stop?

I don’t know the best way to ask this question. What is it called when you get your nails done acrylic or jail and you want to add nail art, with that nail, or being what looks like a metal cage over the nail, but holes a loose rhinestone that can move freely within said cage? I’ve scoured the Internet and it’s like I’m making this up. Can you please help me with what that is called?
