Secretary, inspectors and the such. So yes Dept do have civilian employees

Thanks for yor service you guys are my heros and a question. I know that the scba is. Good against smoke I collect them because the army has gas masks I have 6 gas masks

Get your EMT and volunteer with a department to gain expierence.

What is the grooming requirements for fire academy? I have hair just touching my shoulders and for medical reasons like skin condition and scarring I don’t want to cut it that short.

If your a female it has to be worn pinned up usually, but every jurisdictions have different standards.
