I've officiated football for over 30 years, now in my 26th on the college level. I've worked NCAA playoffs at the Division II and III level. In addition, I've coached at the scholastic level and have been an educator for over 35 years. I have no interest whatsoever in being an NFL official! Ever!

Watching Alabama game and TE catches ball and clearly falls to ground. He gets up and Auburn player comes 2-3 seconds later and knocks him back down. How is that not a penalty? Is the play not dead once the player goes down initially?

If a quarterback makes a forward pass where he is clearly beyond the line of scrimmage. And the pass is incomplete. Shouldn’t that be considered a fumble and eligible to be recovered by the defense creating a turnover?

If a player falls on a ball on the kickoff(or gives himself up) does the clock run till he is touched? What would be the fastest way to stop the clock? Throw the ball out of bounds?(KC-Buffalo

Ok, team A is trying to kick a field goal. It is blocked by team B. The ball ???? bounces around for a couple of seconds and then the kicker of team A kicks it AGAIN, while it’s on the ground and then makes it. Ruling?
