What's the most dangerous situation you were ever in?Rewards for positive behavior. Interaction with the riders. Showing interest in their activities. All of these are positive ways of encouraging better behavior in students. Being firm and consistent is not the same as yelling and screaming at the kids.
Many items are for the safety and security of the children we transport. Some are comfort based but in many cases they are necessary.
