My wife over stayed and was given a 5 year block 3 years ago. She is from Canada. Can we still ask to visit America?

She will require a waiver.

When I visited US, i was asked how long I am staying I said 10 days,when entered travelagnt suggested a tour for some states so I extended one more mth(i was allowed for 6 mths) will this cause problem next visit, r these answers recorded ?

No, it's not a problem. However, questions may arise as to why you decided to change your itinerary.

Does border patrol use gun suppressors? And if so, how common/frequent is the use of them?

My EOD is next week. I am wondering if CBP provides shuttles from your hotel to yours meeting place? Also is there a packing list? And what is the attire for the first day? I have a phone number for my sector but no one is answering the phone.

Attire is always business casual on the first day. They will advise you otherwise afterwards. Bring your ID, passport/birth certificate and anything else you would think is relevant for the first day of any job.

I am a Canadian citizen. I have been granted a K-1 visa. But before I use it to enter the US, I would like to enter one more time as a visitor (and 'save' the K-1 visa for a later date). Is it possible?

Yes, this is possible.

I have a valid tourist visa in my old passport. First name is slightly different between visa and new passport.In visa it's GA AFAR (a space) and in new pp it's Gaafar.All the other info/names are identical,even the photo.Will this cause problems?

This may cause a slight hiccup, but this is a common enough issue that is easily resolved upon entry.

I want to work in the mail room at LAX. Is there schooling needed for this job other than a high school diploma?
