This is my situation, my fiance and I have been together for almost two years my fiance only has one working testicle due to a gun shot to his abdomen about six years ago and I have gotten pregnant twice but miscarried both times. Here lately I have been experiencing nausea, vomiting in the moring in to the afternoon for three days and cramping for about two weeks either all the time or every so often (it fluctuates) and two days ago I started to cramp and feel really nauseous. Yesterday was my predicted ovulation day and I started sporting in the morning and it has lasted about all day and we had unprotected sex the 2,6,17, and 18 th. I'm not really sure what to think is going on if I could be pregnant or if it's normal or if it's something I should be worried about. I have never spotted near or on my ovulation day. Sorry for all the details but my question is is there anyway I could have gotten pregnant?

When I did the ultra sound, I was told I'm 12 weeks pregnant. My first day of my last menstrual is January 9-10. I had sex with two guys & I have no clue who the baby father is, the first guy I had sex with was in December 28, 2016. And the second guy I had Sex with was in January 6, 2017. Please help me find out who the baby father day is because I am so confused to how to find out the conception date, and how the first trimester begins on your first period day and also how the sperm can live inside of you for 5 days so please help me because I am confused. Is the father the first or second guy?

Pregnancies are dated from the first day of your last menstrual period. If you have regular 28 day cycles, then you would have ovulated approximately 14 days after your period began, which is approximately when you would have conceived.

I started having extreme cramping a year ago and it has intensified every month since then. It starts a couple of days before my period and lasts for a week plus. Lately I started becoming sick and throwing up during this period and it makes my migraine worse and I have strong mood swings. Midol and pain killers arent helping anymore. I was thinking about going to the doctor. But I'm not sure if I can take birth control because when my mom was a kid she almost died from birth control thinning out her lining too much. So I'm not sure if I would be able to take it or not.

I lost my virginity 4 days ago and then I had sex the next day both times using a condom. I bled both times the second time I thought I got my period, there was more blood, Im supposed to be on my period but now Im not bleeding at all is this normal?

It is normal to bleed with initiation of intercourse. I can't really comment on why you are not having a period now, so you should speak to a medical provider if you have concerns.
